Job Description

Raw Resources Group, a premier engineering and construction firm headquartered in Princeton, WV, is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to support the Executive Team. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal assistant or paralegal with exceptional business judgment, administrative strength, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced executive environment. The successful candidate will bring strong legal and corporate acumen, superb communication and leadership skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Experience supporting executives in a corporate legal or high-growth business setting is highly desirable.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Support Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing confidential correspondence Manage and organize internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up on behalf of company leadership Act as liaison between the executive team and vendors, clients, government agencies, and internal departments Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions Legal & Compliance Support Draft, review, and edit legal and business documents such as contracts, leases, operating agreements, and regulatory filings Coordinate with legal counsel (in-house and external) on document preparation, filings, and corporate legal matters Maintain accurate corporate records, contractor licenses, and professional certifications across multiple states Oversee licensing and compliance processes, including renewals, applications, and annual report filings Support insurance documentation workflows and regulatory compliance tracking Strategic Coordination Lead or assist with special projects, high-priority initiatives, and planning efforts as assigned by senior leadership Supervise administrative workflows and support functions across field and office operations to ensure consistency and efficiency Support project documentation management and cross-departmental coordination Contribute to the execution of company-wide initiatives and internal process improvements We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, a mission-driven leadership team, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing enterprise.
