• 12:00 PM Job Summary TRi is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scale House Attendant to join our operations team in Weston, WV. This position is responsible for weighing inbound and outbound trucks, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities
• Operate truck scale system to record inbound and outbound weights
• Verify load contents and required documentation
• Generate weight tickets, receipts, and daily reports
• Accurately enter data into company systems
• Maintain organized transaction records
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and yard personnel
• Direct traffic safely within the facility
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Report discrepancies or equipment issues to management Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Computer experience a must
• Previous dispatch, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills Work Environment Office located within an industrial yard setting. Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment traffic. Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Occasional outdoor activity in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
