Join the hospitality team at Best Western Downtown Casper , a premier 200-room hotel featuring 39,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and Boston's Pizza on-site . We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to business and leisure travelers alike, making us a key destination in the heart of Casper.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing front office staff, and working closely with other departments to uphold our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front office operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services Lead, train, and schedule front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales departments to ensure guest satisfaction Monitor and manage front office budgets, staffing, and payroll Maintain accurate records, reports, and procedures Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel policies Process Invoices for payment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel front office management or supervisory role required Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with property management systems preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management a plus Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team Employee discounts at Best Western properties
