Job Description
Assist with basic office duties Create field tickets and customer invoices Dispatch coordination and scheduling support Collecting, coding, and tracking bills and invoices Filing, data entry, and general administrative office duties Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily operations Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) Proven experience as an administrative assistant Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient typing skills Working knowledge of office equipment Basic understanding of oilfield terminology a plus Good communication skills, primarily in English (Spanish language skills are a plus) Great attention to detail High school degree or equivalent
