Fremont Motor Companies is looking for an Automotive Office Manager who thrives on accuracy, leadership, and making a real impact on dealership operations. You'll be the financial backbone of the dealership—overseeing accounting operations, supporting leadership with clear reporting, and leading an office team that keeps everything moving forward. 🌟 Why You'll Love This Role Be a key leader in dealership operations Work with a respected, family-owned company Make data-driven decisions that shape business success Collaborate with department heads and executive leadership Enjoy stability, growth, and long-term career opportunity 🧾 What You'll Do Lead, hire, train, and support office staff Prepare accurate monthly financial statements per manufacturer and dealership guidelines Manage daily cash flow, deposits, DOC reporting, and forecasting Oversee payroll, benefits payments, and confidential employee records Reconcile accounts, cash drawers, journals, and the general ledger Maintain accurate inventory, commissions, vehicle deals, and time records Manage floor plan payoffs and work with bank representatives Ensure manufacturer accounts (warranty, rebates, incentives, co-op, interest) are accurate and current Support short- and long-term financial forecasting Keep leadership informed of trends and opportunities Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times ✅ What We're Looking For Automotive dealership accounting or office management experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication High level of confidentiality and integrity Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy Dependable attendance—this role is essential to daily operations 🏆 The Fremont Difference Fremont Motor Companies has been family-owned and operated since 1938.
