We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules, and support a variety of administrative and facilities functions. Additional Responsibilities:
This role supports housing programs, grant activities, and daily facilities operations through application processing, inspections, meeting coordination, recordkeeping, work order tracking, and administrative support for the Facilities Director.
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of administrative experience supporting leadership required. Experience providing professional customer service; housing, tenant/landlord, or property management experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and maintain positive working relationships. Ability to sit, stand and move throughout the workday; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Certificates and Licenses:
A valid Alaska Driver's license and the ability to be insured on CVTC's vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position.
