What you will be doing:
Assist with administrative tasks for the President, VP of Operations, HR Manager and Finance Manager Manage calendars, schedule meetings and take/distribute meeting minutes Coordinate travel Coordinate and oversee community/business events Assist HR with the hiring process and onboarding employees Collaborate with our advertising agency and vendors Assist with report creation, consolidation and distribution Occasionally work in the branch lobby, greet customers and perform basic vehicle transactions Manage additional tasks as assignedMinimum Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Able to pass a background check Have a valid Alaska Driver's License or ID, with a clean driving history Reliable and punctual Professional in appearance and communications Comfortable with variable daily workloads and pace Highly proficient in all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint Demonstrated experience successfully engaging with senior levels of management Demonstrated exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable working autonomously, overcoming challenges and finding solutions Well organized and have shown the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and changing priorities Able to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround Experience in handling monetary transactions Anticipate needs and take initiatives to find solutions Ability to travel locally and occasionally throughout Alaska Able to type 40 WPM Capable of standing and sitting for long periods Able to lift 50 lbs. regularlySchedule/Location:
Monday- Friday Occasional Saturdays supporting community/business events Primary work location will be in the UMV Wasilla branch
Compensation:
Up to $25 an hour DOE Potential annual performance bonus Mileage reimbursement- Starting pay will be determined by experience and qualifications.
