AK Description:
Administrative Assistant Amrize is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Control team. The primary focus of this role is the accurate and timely entry of concrete break data into our internal databases.
What You'll Accomplish:
Accurately and promptly input concrete break data into designated databases. Review and audit break data to ensure complete accuracy and adherence to company standards. Organizes, tracks, and archives all Quality Control documentation. Report directly to the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure consistent workflow and communication. Requires a high degree of precision, as data integrity is essential to our quality assurance processes. Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor. The successful candidate will work remotely but must be available to work on-site at our Plano, Texas office as business needs require.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High School diploma/GED. Please note that equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Required Work Experience:
1 year of experience
Required Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview Additional Requirements:
Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining flexible for on-site requirements in Plano, Texas. Reliable communication skills for effective reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor.
