We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients understand their treatment, creating an outstanding patient experience, and supporting the daily success of our practice. What You'll Do Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients. Coordinate scheduling and support treatment acceptance. Welcome patients, answer phones, collect payments, and assist with front office operations. Verify insurance, maintain patient records, and complete administrative tasks. Support the Office Manager with daily operations and practice initiatives. Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. What We're Looking For Dental experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
