8941 Overview The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering's Graduate Outreach Program seeks an Outreach Program Administrator to plan, coordinate, deliver and manage outreach or extension educational services and programs to accomplish outreach goals and objectives including communications, education, research, community assistance and quality management. Responsibilities Oversees Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for Engineering Online (graduate and undergraduate) by entering, maintaining, updating, and verifying data for cohorts, events, prospect inquiries, application submission, and other ad hoc items in Salesforce to streamline communication efforts throughout the recruiting pipeline. Provides information to prospective and current students by responding to email, phone calls, inquiry form submissions and verifying application accuracy, completion, and status. Recruits potential online students by traveling to attend and host exhibits at relevant engineering/education conferences and by participating in appropriate graduate school fairs and career fairs where the target audience can be accessed. Collaborates with faculty on recruiting efforts by meeting with Graduate Program Officers (GPOs) and participating in the Graduate Recruiting Committee to discuss recruiting opportunities, to determine department priorities, and provide information to departments (see #1) so they can make data driven decisions about recruiting efforts and to facilitate/aid in new program development. Increases awareness of online offerings for current undergraduate students in engineering by participating in established on campus events such as E-Day and by instituting new opportunities to interact with these students such as Pizza Day and classroom visits thereby encouraging discussions about online options and accelerated pathways (ABM program). Disseminates program information to industry partners by organizing and facilitating virtual opportunities, visiting companies, and hosting lunch and learns with Q & A sessions to highlight what the College of Engineering can offer them. Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Level II:
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years experience in the design, implementation, delivery and management of educational programs/services. Experience must include at least 2 years at the preceding level or equivalent.
Level III:
Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years experience in the design, implementation, delivery and management of educational programs/services. Experience must include at least 2 years at the preceding level or equivalent.
