We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle phone systems, perform clerical tasks, assist with even planning, and maintain office organization. Responsibilities
- Manage office tasks and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events or meetings
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Utilize computer skills to create spreadsheets, presentations, and reports Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of event planning principles is a plus
- Excellent clerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to proofread documents for errors or inconsistencies
- Experience in filing paperwork both physically and digitally
- Computer literacy with proficiency in
