Essential Duties Based in our corporate office located in Enterprise, this position provides high‑level administrative and operational support to firm leadership, acting as a central point of coordination for executive scheduling, communications, and confidential initiatives. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, and facilitating logistics for leadership engagements. This position requires close collaboration with senior executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of priorities across multiple workstreams. You will regularly support firmwide initiatives and leadership projects by preparing materials, managing communications, and ensuring follow‑through on action items. This position demands discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced professional services environment. The Executive Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling executive effectiveness and operational continuity, contributing to the firm's leadership efficiency and day‑to‑day execution at the corporate level. You will also be responsible for managing write-up work, bank reconciliations and payables processing across a portfolio of related entities. This role ensures accurate financial records through QuickBooks and approved manual processes while serving as the primary point of contact for banks, vendors, and other external partners.
