Job Summary The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our local office—providing vital administrative support, managing incoming communications, and ensuring our daily operations run smoothly so we can provide the best care possible to our community.
Key Responsibilities Communication Hub:
Answer incoming phone calls and manage emails with a professional, warm demeanor.
Data Integrity:
Assist with precise data entry tasks and update internal systems.
Coordination:
Assist with employee and client scheduling to keep operations seamless.
Organization:
Maintain, file, and organize physical and digital documents.
General Support:
Provide administrative assistance and take on special projects as needed.

Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends and weekend availability as needed.
Qualifications Experience:
1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
