Substance Use Services, 260 Baker St., Winfield, AL 35594 Published August 11, 2026 Category Substance Use Job Type Full-time Position Level Entry County Marion Description Seeking an experienced professional to provide support with the overall operation of the substance use program. The candidate will provide a personal desire to make a difference for the organization's clients and employees. Building and maintaining solid connections, as well as providing administrative support to the program director. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Other Requirements :
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Perform secretarial and clerical tasks assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED/high school equivalency certificate 1-3+ years of experience is required Current/valid non-expired driver's license Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Schedule :
Monday-Saturday, dependent on evening sessions. Will discuss further during the interview.
