Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Florence, AL. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. This role will support executives and project managers with scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and document organization. Responsibilities include maintaining records and files, preparing basic reports, assisting with project documentation, and handling general clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and mail distribution. The Administrative Assistant will also help ensure smooth communication between field teams, management, clients, and vendors, contributing to an organized and professional office environment.
