About the Facility Isuzu North America Corporation is investing approximately $280 million to build a new manufacturing facility in Greenville County, South Carolina. This 1-million-square-foot , state-of-the-art production plant, located on more than 200 acres , will feature a flexible manufacturing line capable of producing both internal combustion and electric vehicles. Vehicles Produced N-Series Gas Trucks N-Series Electric Trucks F-Series Diesel Trucks Facility Highlights Annual production capacity of up to 50,000 units by 2030 Production operations expected to begin in 2027 Planned facility expansion in 2028 Strategic access to: Interstate 85 Interstate 26 Port of Charleston Expected creation of 700+ new jobs in the region Position Summary The Workplace Services Coordinator serves as the regular onsite point of contact for routine office, workplace, visitor, delivery, and Facilities-service needs. The role provides consistent tactical coverage for employees, visitors, vendors, and contracted service providers. This position proactively coordinates scheduled visitors, contractors, service technicians, deliveries, and other personnel coming to the site; communicates relevant information to contracted Security and local hosts; receives and triages workplace requests; completes routine hands-on workplace tasks; engages the appropriate building engineer or service provider when needed; and tracks matters through completion. This is a hands-on workplace-services and coordination role. It is not a skilled building-maintenance, security-officer, or janitorial position. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite contact for routine workplace, office-service, visitor, delivery, and vendor needs; receive, route, and track requests through completion. Proactively coordinate expected visitors, contractors, service technicians, and deliveries with local hosts and contracted Security, including access, escort, or PPE needs; provide backup coverage for lobby-kiosk visitor check-in when needed. Receive, sort, stage, and distribute mail and packages; process outbound mail and carrier shipments, such as FedEx, and assist employees with shipping. Monitor and replenish office, conference-room, mailroom, and breakroom supplies; deliver and stage copier paper, replace toner, and coordinate copier service and vendor-managed stocking. Coordinate and follow up with Security, janitorial, day porter, office-supply, copier, coffee/water, vending, furniture, courier, and other workplace vendors. Support meeting and event setups, room resets, workstation changes, limited furniture moves, and immediate minor non-hazardous cleanups, such as coffee or water spills. Assist the Manager with invoice documentation, coding and routing information, tracking, records, vendor visits, and other routine administrative support. Provide basic administrative or logistical support to HR and other local functions as assigned. Keep requestors informed and escalate technical, authorization, cost, recurring, unresolved, or vendor-performance issues to the Manager; perform other related workplace-support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training in office administration, facilities coordination, hospitality, workplace services, or a related field preferred. Two or more years of experience in workplace services, facilities coordination, office operations, administrative support, hospitality, front-desk operations, mail services, or vendor coordination preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, follow through on requests, maintain reliable onsite coverage, and perform a mix of administrative and hands-on workplace tasks. Strong customer-service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact effectively with employees, visitors, contractors, security personnel, technicians, and service providers. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with or ability to learn visitor-management, shipping, work-order, purchasing, and invoice systems. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, bend and reach, and occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
