Job Description
Job Summary/Objective:
The P&C Administrator will handle a variety of administrative duties in support of the P&C function and the Management team. They will be expected to build and maintain professional relationships with all office staff and hourly Team Members. This role primarily supports the P&C Manager and P&C Specialist. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the P&C functions and duties but not limited to
  • Serve as a vital team member for Team Member Engagement initiatives.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to P&C and the Leadership team.
  • Compile and update Team Member records.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Coordinate P&C projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with Team Member requests regarding P&C issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Manage job applicant flow.
  • Conduct hourly new hire orientations.
  • Act as secondary for weekly timecard approvals and submissions to payroll.
  • Lead diversity and inclusivity initiatives.
  • Maintain integrity of team member records, files and data.
  • Positively impact and contribute to all aspects of P&C.
  • Project Gift - Involvement and participation in community events.
  • Efficient day-to-day operations of the P&C office.

QUALIFICATIONS
