Duties Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and updating records with accuracy Support office management by organizing calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative projects Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to uphold a professional environment Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) for document creation, editing, and basic data management Qualifications Bilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Bilingual Candidates will be considered for a higher pay rate.
