Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the mission of building resilience in children and families. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary front desk representative by welcoming visitors, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing clients and community members appropriately. Manage daily office operations to ensure an organized, professional, and efficient work environment. Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and trainings, and assist with meeting logistics. Maintain accurate records through timely data entry and electronic file management. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents using Google Workspace applications, including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar. Assist with the submission, tracking, and organization of behavioral health insurance claims and related documentation. Provide administrative support to program staff, including document preparation, correspondence, filing, and other office tasks. Manage and maintain the organization's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts and ensuring timely updates across platforms. Assist with special projects, events, outreach activities, and other duties as assigned to support organizational operations. Maintain confidentiality of client, personnel, and organizational information in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
