Job Description
Office Assistant TROY STUDENT-Advantage Realty 115 McNeil Street, Troy, AL Advantage Realty is seeking a TROY student who is motivated and detail-oriented to provide administrative and business support to the company while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is open to all majors and classifications with an interest in business, marketing, or real estate. The position is approximately 20 hours per week and flexible based on class schedule. - Provide administrative and operational support to the company
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling phone calls and emails
- Coordinate office inventory and supply orders
- Organize staff meetings and appreciation events
- Support agents with signage, lockboxes, and general administrative needs Marketing & Social Media
- Promote the business through social media, Realtor.com, Navica MLS, and other platforms
- Create and manage digital marketing content
- Design and distribute marketing mailers
- Plan and coordinate company advertising efforts Real Estate Operations
- Schedule and coordinate open houses; communicate with local agents in Pike County
- Oversee residential and commercial rental property management
- Identify and research potential properties for listing opportunities Finance & Business Operations
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly financial statements using QuickBooks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable; prepare bank deposits
- Process and disburse sales commissions for brokers and agents
