Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Graduate Public Health Program to ensure the smooth operation of departmental activities. This position supports departmental communication, scheduling, record-keeping, program coordination, and student services. The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Department Head, faculty, students, university offices, and community partners to support the day-to-day functions of the program.
