School/Worksite Title Job Description Qualifications Salary Posting Dates Woodville High School High School Secretary Essential Functions:
Prepare correspondence, letters, memoranda, reports, statements, requisitions and other necessary material. Prepare material for the beginning and ending of the school year. Keep pertinent records and requisitions. Serve as a receptionist. Maintain office supplies and materials. Maintain daily attendance records of employees. Maintain and submit all reports as required by the local Board of Education. Maintain files and other material to facilitate prompt access and replies. Exhibit positive human-relations skills. Any and other essential functions assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee. High School diploma with secretarial, bookkeeping, and computer training. School Secretary salary matrix 12-month contract May 21, 2026, through May 28, 2026, or until filled. Vacancies are posted at each Jackson County Board of Education location.
