Office Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative Sanders Ground Essentials, Inc. is a locally owned and established lawn care company that has proudly served Central Arkansas for over 25 years. We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Benton, Arkansas. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you. Position Summary The Office Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in the daily operations of our business. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating communication between customers, technicians, and management. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, entering and tracking customer information in our WorkWave customer management software, preparing estimates and service agreements, scheduling services, assisting technicians with daily work orders, processing customer payments, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing outstanding customer service.a Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Document customer conversations, requests, and follow-up items in WorkWave. Enter new customer leads and track them through the sales process. Prepare and email estimates and service agreements. Set up new customer accounts and onboard new customers. Answer customer questions regarding services, billing, and scheduling. Prepare technicians' daily work orders, service instructions, and first-service materials. Ensure technicians have the information and products needed to complete scheduled services. Process customer payments and assist with account inquiries. Collect technician receipts and prepare them for the accounting department. Maintain office inventory, including yard signs, service instruction forms, envelopes, and office supplies. Generate and send monthly customer invoices. Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
