Job Description

SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in our Bentonville office as a Project Administrator. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects. This role bridges the gap between architectural design, entitlement processes, and detailed specification writing. Job Functions / Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include providing various support services to architectural teams. Entitlement Processing•Research and interpret zoning ordinances, codes, and other regulatory frameworks to guide project feasibility and compliance.

Architectural Specification Writing•Develop detailed architectural specifications to communicate design intent, materials, and construction standards to stakeholders and contractors.

Documentation and Reporting•Prepare and manage documentation required for both entitlement processes and specification development.

Other responsibilities may include managing schedules; tracking contracts, submittals and requests-for-information; typing change orders; project uploads; and other tasks as assigned. Candidate Qualifications
EDUCATION
: High School Diploma or equivalency.
EXPERIENCE
: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an architecture or engineering firm. Candidate must also have proficiency in the MS Office suite.
SKILLS :
Ideal candidate will be motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, good computer skills, and can work independently and/or in a team environment.
