Job Description
Tree Climbers LLC. is a professional tree service company that provides quality work with certified professionals. We are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our team and support our daily operations. We are actively growing and have never laid off an employee in our 18 years of operation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for: Answering phone calls and emails and obtaining relevant information. With this information, you will be able to assist the customer or direct them to the appropriate staff member. You will also answer some questions to the best of your ability and provide excellent customer service. Scheduling quotes for potential customers and following up with them. You will also enter their information and service details into our database. Work within our CRM to enter client information, and other tasks as assigned. Educate clients on potential consulting services that we offer and how they can benefit from them and what the potential costs could be as applicable. Entering wood chip dump sites into our database and coordinating with our drivers and partners. Completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned. Communicate accurate and timely information to all departments (i.e. management and crew) Maintain the cleanliness of the office. To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, customer service or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular), Google Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and well as part of a team. A friendly and courteous attitude. The expectations and benefits for this position include: Working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute paid lunch break. May be required to be on call for storm work. Casual attire. Benefits include company-sponsored health and dental insurance, a matching retirement plan, paid vacation, as well as room for advancement. Starting pay $18.00-$25.00/hr. base pay depending on experience. Pay is weekly. The work location is in Fayetteville Arkansas.
