Job Description

Clerical Assistant Lovvorn Lumber Company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our office team. This position provides administrative support to the Office Manager and plays an important role in maintaining accurate records and efficient office operations. QuickBooks experience is required. Manufacturing office experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform filing, scanning, copying, and general clerical duties. Enter and maintain accurate data in QuickBooks. Prepare and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Create and format documents using Microsoft Word. Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems. Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with general office duties. Support the Office Manager with administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma. Minimum of two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. QuickBooks experience required. Manufacturing office experience preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
