Scheduler / Secretary - BRMC Pulmonology Clinic Baxter Health Mountain Home, AR 7940 - Baxter Health Pulmonology Clinic Full time, Days, M-Th 8a-5p and Fri 8a-12p Office/Clerical Req # 17890

SUMMARY:

To greet, prioritize, and schedule appointments for patients and/or their families in the clinic area. To ensure the waiting room is in order and assist anyone having questions or seeking assistance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High school diploma or

GED Experience:

12 to 18 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications:

Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G., clerical/administrative

Spends eight hours or more in front of computer, monitor or similar screen utilizing keyboard and/or mouse. Must have a keen sense of hearing and visual acuity. Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
