Job Description:
Job Summary The Region Administrative Assistant provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to designated Region. This job reports to the Regional Vice President. Major Responsibilities Provides support in the following areas: technical, maintenance, new store openings, region communication meetings, and ordering supplies. Handles incoming phone calls; responds to customer complaints; redirects questions/issues to appropriate resource. Interfaces with Payroll Department to ensure employee paperwork is complete and accurate. Processes AS/400 and other reports as assigned. Provides administrative support to Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers. Performs other duties as assigned. Key Competencies Provides support in the following areas: technical, maintenance, new store openings, region communication Customer Focused Communication Building Relations Organized Attention to Details Interactions Direct Report Title Number N/A Indirect Report Title Number N/A Other Internal/External Interactions Management Team Employees Vendors Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 3-year related experience. Excellent attention to details. Planning and exceptional organization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationship with internal and external customers. Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of AS/400 and 10-key operations.
