Job Description

AIRES is looking for a Full-Time front office manager/receptionist/assistant for its Phoenix office. The position title is Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the local management team, carrying out centralized business processes, acting as the public point of contact, assisting with hiring process, and ensuring the operation and maintenance of the office. The Office Coordinator serves as an important point of contact to the managers and staff who work at our off-site locations. The Office Coordinator position is similar to an office manager but is more than just a desk job. The Office Coordinator is part of a two-person team supporting the local Phoenix office, management team and corporate. AIRES has an uncompromising commitment to quality and integrity--employees are expected to perform their duties and responsibilities to our high standard of quality. Warmth, patience, familiarity and comfort with computer and Microsoft Office programs; ability to multi-task; being a team player; attentive to details, and good organizational skills are necessary skills to be successful at this dynamic, varied position. Must be at least 21 yrs. of age Must be able to qualify as a driver under AIRES insurance Must be able to obtain and keep Level 1 fingerprint card-we assist with process Must successfully complete AIRES employee training AIRES provides services to the disabled and the elderly. AIRES is a team-based office with an exceptional work environment. Office attire is business casual.
