HVAC Mini-Split Installer (Non Lead)

$18-$24/hr (based on experience)

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Desert Comfort Arizona is hiring a motivated HVAC installer to join our team. We specialize in residential ductless mini-split systems. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, communicate well with customers, and take the lead on small installs with the support of a helper tech. Experience is a plus, but we're open to strong candidates who are confident, coachable, and ready to take ownership on-site.

What You'll Do:

Install ductless mini-split AC systems in homes Mount indoor/outdoor units, run electrical, and test operation Interact with homeowners and clearly explain the process Take the lead on jobs with an entry-level helper Keep job sites clean and professional

What We're Looking For:

HVAC or trade experience preferred, but not required Ability to fully install a Minisplit ac unit + basic electrical work Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Comfortable leading a small install team Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean record EPA Certification is a plus
