Professional Companion & Personal Support Assistant - Private Client (Scottsdale)

Sherwood Home Care is seeking a polished, professional, emotionally intelligent female caregiver/companion for a unique one-on-one private client support role in North Scottsdale. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys building meaningful long-term relationships and providing high-level personalized support to an independent older adult in a calm private home environment. This is NOT a heavy hands-on caregiving role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, personable, tech-comfortable, and confident communicating professionally with both the client and family as needs evolve. The client is highly intelligent, independent, accomplished, kind, and values consistency, professionalism, discretion, and companionship. We are specifically seeking one primary consistent caregiver/companion to become familiar with his routines, preferences, scheduling, and day-to-day support needs.

Responsibilities may include:

Companionship and conversation Transportation to appointments and errands Calendar/scheduling assistance Light household organization and oversight Medication reminders Communication and coordination with family as needed Technology assistance/basic troubleshooting Encouraging routine, structure, and engagement Providing a calm, supportive, professional presence

Schedule:

Monday-Friday daytime hours Approximately 10am-4pm Roughly 30 hours/week initially Potential for evolving long-term support needs over time

Ideal Candidate:

Professional, polished, and dependable Excellent communicator Emotionally intelligent and socially confident Tech savvy and organized Warm, calm, and personable Prior caregiving, companion care, executive assistant, nursing, hospitality, or private client support experience preferred Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Compensation:

$27-30/hour
