Essential Duties Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Complete Test Reports for the Circuit Breaker Shop. Coordinates hotel arrangements. Directs and/or escorts visitors and guests to their appropriate destination. Ensure credit card purchases are handled according to standard operating procedures. Inputs and extracts data from Excel, NetSuite, and QuickBooks. Manage confidential documents, office equipment, and consumables. Performs other clerical functions such as filing, scanning, and ordering of supplies. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries; delivers or distributes received items. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Ability to comprehend and follow directions. Ability to communicate factually and honestly. Ability to communicate timely. Average emotional intelligence. Experience with and comfortable working with Office 365. Good verbal and written communication skills. Great attention to detail. Education/Experience High School Diploma and more than one year of experience working as a receptionist or other administrative position. Preferred associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Physical Requirements Comfortable working in an office environment. Ability to sit and type for prolonged periods of time. Ability to squat, kneel, and lift up to 15 pounds at times.
