About Us Wildcat Solar is a fast-growing solar sales dealership based in Tucson. We move fast, work hard, and are building something real. No two days look exactly the same here, so this role is best for someone organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a high-energy environment. The Role We're looking for a reliable, sharp Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. Some of your tasks will be recurring, some will be totally new — you'll need to be someone who can roll with it, stay organized, and get things done without being micromanaged. We're growing quickly, and there's opportunity for the right person to take on more responsibility and grow into a larger operations or leadership support role over time. What You'll Be Doing Handling administrative tasks, data entry, and document management Supporting the team with scheduling, communications, and follow-ups Organizing files, tracking information, and keeping records up to date Running errands and handling miscellaneous operational tasks as needed Assisting leadership with projects on an as-needed basis Being the go-to person when something needs to get handled What We're Looking For 1+ years of office or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic tech Self-starter who doesn't need their hand held Trustworthy, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and ability to adapt on the fly Compensation Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full-time hours To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note on why you'd be a good fit.
