, in partnership with Sophia's Star Cleaning LLC, is hiring a Household Manager / Personal Assistant to help build a new household logistics service alongside an established cleaning business in Alameda, CA. This is an in-person role, ~10 hours per week to start, working across a small set of client homes in and around Alameda. You'll assess household needs, run the logistics that keep homes running smoothly, coordinate with vendors, and help shape the service as it grows. What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to assess household needs and identify service opportunities
• Stock and organize homes, handle laundry and linens, run errands, plan travel
• Coordinate cleaning teams, repair vendors, childcare, and after-school logistics
• Prep homes for guests or for the family's return
• Help design and refine how these services are offered and delivered
• Contribute to systems and processes that allow the service to scale What We Offer
• 1099 contractor role — set your own hourly rate, $18
• 20/hr depending on experience
• Approximately 10 hours per week to start, with room to grow as the service expands
• Clients provided by the business — client relationships are managed and retained by the company
• High autonomy in how services are structured and delivered
