SOUTH COAST FACILITY SERVICES
is a full-service MEP contractor that designs & installs HVAC equipment, delivers Energy Services, and provides process piping & direct digital control systems. JOB SUMMARY
Part-Time (20-25 hours) Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role includes preparing and maintaining documents, entering and updating data, answering phones and emails, organizing files, assisting with scheduling and reports, and providing general support to the service team. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Perform general administrative and clerical duties Ø Create, edit, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word Ø Enter, organize, and update data in Microsoft Excel Ø Answer phones and respond to emails professionally Ø Maintain files and records accurately Ø Assist with scheduling, reports, and other office tasks Ø Support team members with various administrative projects Ø Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner Ø Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES
Ø High school diploma or equivalent experience required Ø 1-2 years prior administrative experience preferred Ø Knowledge of relevant computer applications Ø Knowledge of office administration and procedures
Pay:
$25.69 - $30.93 per hour
