Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and assist patients, and team in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient and referral office inquiries
- Verify insurance information and create financial arrangements
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information in the system
- Coordinate patient flow and manage waiting areas
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, and correspondence
- Collaborate with management and dental team to ensure efficient patient care
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental receptionist role is
REQUIRED
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software systems such as TDO, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
