If so, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for! Our client has several needs for Office Clerks to assist their administrative team with an upcoming 3+ month project. This position is scheduled to start May 23rd and last through August 2026.
Responsibilities:
Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, and professional manner Complete data entry tasks for various departments Provide customer service to voters, election workers, candidates, county department, and other agencies including answering questions regarding process, procedures, and general information Prepare written correspondence as needed Maintain various department records both electronically and physically Acts as coordinator of various teams and departments Coordinate the flow of information interdepartmentally Resolve issues and provide customer service as needed Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00
