This role provides administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while assisting project managers, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and office support Answer phones, emails, and assist with general inquiries Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars Prepare, organize, and maintain project and office documents Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients Manage office supplies, filing systems, and incoming/outgoing mail Assist with data entry, reports, and general office tasks Support project teams with administrative and documentation needs Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Construction industry experience is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred Position Full-Time Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within a growing construction company
