Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Assist with preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
Able to take on given tasks given by others

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience with front desk reception duties & Buildium is a plus
