Job Description
We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations in Bakersfield, California. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping schedules on track, coordinating office activity, and providing dependable support to both internal teams and external contacts. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and help ensure managers and team members stay organized throughout the workday.
- Plan meetings and travel arrangements by securing reservations, preparing itineraries, and confirming logistics in advance.
- Provide front-office and administrative support, including answering inbound calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain office operations by monitoring supply levels, placing orders, and helping create an efficient and well-organized workspace.
- Prepare, review, and route business documents such as correspondence, reports, and internal administrative records.
- Enter and update information accurately in office systems while maintaining organized files and documentation.
- Support financial administration by processing invoices, expense submissions, and purchase-related paperwork with accuracy.
- Assist with routine bookkeeping and other clerical tasks as needed to support daily business functions.
