Steward Hospice Care Inc. is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care to our patients. We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to support our operations and ensure the seamless delivery of ALW (Assisted Living Waiver) services.
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will play a critical role in assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with the ALW Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering Phone Calls Coordinating with facilities regarding patient status/condition Overseeing and maintaining updated patient records Uploading and scanning patient records and documentation to meet regulatory standards Ensuring compliance with ALW policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Utilizing computer systems for record management, scheduling, and reporting
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in medical software and office applications Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
