We empower accident victims across the U.S. by providing financial stability during their legal battles. At Greenview Funding, we pride ourselves on being a team of skilled professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment with a low turnover rate. Our well-established company is thriving in a growing niche market, and we're excited to welcome a new team member! Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant you'll be a key player in our client relations and case management processes. You'll manage client intakes, process funding requests, coordinate with attorneys and medical offices, and assist with various office-related tasks to ensure smooth operations—all while contributing to our mission of making a difference for those in need. Handle 100+ daily calls/emails related to client intakes and funding requests. Process funding applications and clearly explain contract terms. Obtain and manage documentation from law firms and medical offices. Draft contracts, requiring knowledge of compounding and simple interest. Broker deals with partners to secure funding arrangements. Assist with other office-related duties as needed to support the team. Make and take calls while accurately entering information into software. Demonstrate the ability to speak and type simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and correct spelling at all times.
