We specialize in representing artists in the music and film industries, as well as handling corporate matters, serving as production counsel for independent films, and providing legal services for podcasts. About the Role This is a full-time, on-site position supporting three partners in our corporate entertainment practice, Monday through Friday (9:00am-6:00pm three days per week; 8:00am-5:00pm two days per week). The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative operations, including managing correspondence, coordinating attorney calendars, scheduling meetings and calls, booking travel, and maintaining files and records. Qualifications 2-3 years of prior administrative or executive assistant experience required; legal experience strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and polished phone etiquette Strong clerical and organizational skills, including document management, file maintenance, and invoicing Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software Experience with iManage and PracticePanther a plus, but not required Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Discretion, professionalism, and strict confidentiality Bachelor's degree required
