Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable, practical, and detail-oriented CEO Exceutive Assistant to support the day-to-day personal and administrative needs of the CEO Office. This role is primarily focused on execution and coordination of routine tasks, including household-related arrangements, daily errands, scheduling support, hotel bookings, purchasing, and children's activity coordination. This position is best suited for someone who is steady, responsible, service-minded, and comfortable handling practical day-to-day matters with care and efficiency. This is a support-focused role with a clear emphasis on consistent execution of assigned tasks. Duties Handle daily logistical and support tasks for the CEO Office. Coordinate hotel bookings, reservations, and other routine arrangements as assigned. Assist with errands, shopping, grocery purchasing, and other day-to-day personal support tasks. Coordinate purchases and ensure requested items are obtained accurately and on time. Help organize and manage children's class schedules, activity arrangements, and related logistics. Track assigned tasks carefully and follow through in a timely and responsible manner. Maintain discretion, professionalism, and responsiveness in handling day-to-day matters. Provide general support for miscellaneous CEO Office needs as assigned. Qualifications English and Chinese Mandarin communication skills required; able to understand instructions and communicate clearly. High School or Bachelor Prior experience in personal support, household coordination, office support, or similar service-oriented work is a plus. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Willingness to handle routine and practical tasks with a positive attitude. Able to follow instructions closely and complete assigned work consistently. Flexible, dependable, and professional in daily support work. Preferred Traits Patient, grounded, and not overly focused on title or hierarchy. Strong execution skills and a service-oriented mindset.
