This role is responsible for helping the CEO stay organized and efficient by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, travel arrangements, follow-ups, and other business-related needs. The role will also provide support with select personal and household-related matters, such as appointments, purchases, reservations, and other arrangements as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, responsive, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities. This position requires someone who can prioritize effectively, follow through on tasks, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing priorities. Key Responsibilities Executive & Business Support Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule. Coordinate meetings, calls, and other business arrangements. Prepare and organize information, documents, and materials for meetings and business activities. Handle follow-ups and track action items to ensure tasks are completed on time. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries. Assist with reservations, scheduling, and other logistical arrangements. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, business partners, vendors, and other contacts on behalf of the CEO as needed. Help prioritize and organize the CEO's daily tasks and requests. Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO as assigned. Personal & Lifestyle Support Assist with personal appointments, reservations, purchases, and other day-to-day arrangements. Coordinate personal errands and logistics as needed. Assist with household-related arrangements and vendor coordination when requested. Help organize personal travel, family activities, and other appointments or schedules. Handle confidential personal information and matters with discretion and professionalism. General Support Manage multiple priorities and respond promptly to time-sensitive requests. Keep track of ongoing tasks and proactively follow up on outstanding items. Anticipate the CEO's needs and identify potential issues before they become problems. Handle other business or personal support tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar support role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities effectively. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. Professional, reliable, discreet, and service-oriented. Comfortable handling both business-related and personal matters. Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office tools and applications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to handle a wide range of practical tasks with a positive and flexible attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a CEO, founder, executive, or high-net-worth individual. Experience coordinating complex schedules, travel, or multiple priorities. Experience working in an international or multicultural environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
