HOURS:
Approximately 40 hours per week. This schedule will allow for some flexibility as needed.
WAGE:
$18.00 per hour or more depending on qualifications.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle.
DETAILS:
The ideal candidate must perform various front-office duties in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be very organized, self-efficient, and great at multitasking. Essential duties consist of answering phone calls, greeting clients, data entry, filing, scheduling client and vendor appointments, sorting incoming and outgoing mail, running out-of-office errands, and providing administrative support to Agents and Administration as needed. This role also includes with supervision processing rent increases, preparing leases, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and coordinating transactions for property purchases and sales. Additional responsibilities after training include drafting and reviewing lease amendments, maintaining tenant records, tracking lease expirations and renewals, assisting with property marketing efforts, managing vendor communications for maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with real estate documentation and regulations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to read, speak, and write in English and Spanish. Some familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Interviews will be held throughout the month for immediate hire.
