full-time Client Overview Our client, a global private equity investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their office in San Francisco. With a 500+ person team, this client supports a well-versed portfolio. Salary/Hourly Rate $95k Position Overview The Admin Assistant will manage operations and administrative support for investment professionals, act as a main point of contact for internal and external representatives, and manage schedules and calendars for travel and meetings. Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant Oversee calendars, book meetings, prepare conference rooms, prep agendas, and keep track of timelines. Book travel, both domestic and international, and coordinate meeting logistics for the executive-level Board of Directors. Coordinate calendars and event details for off-site meetings and anticipate schedule conflicts for executives. Process expense reports in Concur. Required Experience/Skills For The Administrative Assistant At least 3 years of Administrative experience, specifically with booking travel and managing calendars. Ability to work with high-level executives, remaining professional and courteous with all staff. Handle general office operations and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Administrative Assistant 2 - 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives. Knowledge of Concur and Salesforce.
