Job Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a top entertainment company out of their offices in Glendale, CA!
Pay Rate:
34.67/hour
Responsibilities:
Support leaders in with day-to-day administrative needs while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion on sensitive and confidential projects. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, conference rooms, video chats, and Teams calls Coordinate domestic and multi-city travel itineraries Prepare, process, and track expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation as needed. Draft and edit letters and emails on behalf of leaders, and assist in preparing meeting and presentation materials. Maintain office supplies and help manage purchase orders and vendor contracts. Prepare regular reports and summaries, including tasks and processes that you fully "own" from start to finish. Assist with onboarding new employees as a friendly, approachable point of contact, helping them navigate processes and the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and document composition. Ability to balance multiple responsibilities, prioritize deadlines, and adapt quickly when schedules or priorities change. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in a Windows environment, with the ability to learn new tools and systems such as SAP Casual Buyer, SharePoint, Coupa, and Concur. Demonstrated understanding of basic office equipment, computers, and phones, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of reliability in handling confidential and often sensitive information, reflecting professionalism, loyalty, and discretion.
