Job Description

Job Summary Health Connect MSO is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations and internal projects. This is a great opportunity for someone beginning a career in healthcare administration, business operations, or office management. The successful candidate will be trained on company workflows and will have the opportunity to gain experience in training coordination, billing support, invoicing, onboarding, scheduling, documentation, data entry, and general office administration. No advanced healthcare or billing experience is required. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with multiple administrative projects and maintain task lists, trackers, files, and deadlines. Support employee, contractor, and provider training by preparing materials, attendance lists, checklists, and completion records. Assist with onboarding and orientation activities. Gather and organize billing-related documentation and maintain billing trackers. Identify missing information and route questions or discrepancies to the appropriate team member. Assist with invoices, pre-invoices, timesheets, contractor documentation, payment trackers, and basic record reconciliation. Help collect and organize provider and contractor onboarding documents. Support account-access requests and follow up on missing administrative requirements. Schedule meetings, training sessions, and other operational activities. Assist with intake or scheduling projects as assigned. Prepare basic reports, emails, forms, spreadsheets, letters, checklists, and internal documents. Perform accurate data entry and maintain information in approved systems. Maintain organized and confidential records. Follow company privacy, security, HIPAA, and confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive information. Perform other entry-level administrative and project-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar office applications. Strong attention to detail and organization. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Dependable, reliable, and willing to learn healthcare administrative processes. Preferred, But Not Required Previous office or administrative experience. Customer service experience. Healthcare administrative experience. Billing or accounting support experience. Data-entry experience. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or spreadsheet-based tracking systems. This position provides exposure to multiple areas of Health Connect MSO operations and may provide opportunities for advancement into operations, billing, training coordination, project support, provider onboarding, or office administration.
