Job Description
- Provide clerical, administrative, and data entry support for quality systems and quality engineering activities.
- Monitor and organize inquiries received through the quality assurance email inbox, including screening emails, assigning request numbers, and routing requests to quality specialists.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal departments regarding request status, timelines, and follow-up needs.
- Support customer relationship management activities and help ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
- File, scan, organize, and store quality records in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach while working under general supervision in an environment with moderate distractions. Compensation and Benefits
