Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Administrative Support professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Carpinteria, CA, supporting a quality systems and quality engineering team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys data entry, documentation, customer service, and working with structured processes in a quality-focused environment. The Administrative Support role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, supportive departmental leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to important quality assurance functions. This is a great fit for someone who is dependable, organized, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with internal teams and external clients while maintaining accuracy in a busy office setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical, administrative, and data entry support for quality systems and quality engineering activities.
  • Monitor and organize inquiries received through the quality assurance email inbox, including screening emails, assigning request numbers, and routing requests to quality specialists.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal departments regarding request status, timelines, and follow-up needs.
  • Support customer relationship management activities and help ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • File, scan, organize, and store quality records in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach while working under general supervision in an environment with moderate distractions. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $25 per hour.
  • Job Type:
    Temp-to-Hire.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
